JOB TITLE: CMAs and CNAs with MAT
Nurse aides need to be able to work with elderly and be good team players to provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities answering call lights, dressing, bathing, cleaning, helping with activities, assisting with residents. Must respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Perform other duties assigned.
CMA or CNA with MAT: All CNA responsibilities as above. Follow facility policies and procedures to implement medication orders; to administer medications in an accurate and timely manner.
Must be committed to person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living.
- State registered/nursing assistant, who has successfully completed the State certification course for medication assistants.
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Meet Motor Vehicle record requirements, determined by Liability Carrier
- Meet all health requirements imposed by law
- Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid and current certification
