Registration Information             
Registration accepted after January 25^th thru February 1^st will have a $15 late fee per child.  Sign-ups will not be accepted after draft has been completed.

Registration Sites                            
City Hall:  110 N. Main, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday,
Dickson Park Pavilion: Tuesday, January 17^th and Thursday, January 19^th, 6:30-7:30pm

Registration Fee                              
$35 per child; ONLY Cash and Check will be accepted at both sites.

Grades                                                
PreK-2^nd grade

Activity Days/Times                       
PreK-Kindergarten practice/play Tuesday and Friday evenings

1^st-2^nd grade practice/play Monday and Thursday evenings
Potential practice times: 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30
Potential game times: 6:00 & 7:00 

Location                                              
All practices and games will be held at P-T Elementary gym

Description

Jersey (t-shirt with front design and number on back) and basketballs
